Microsoft Access is an excellent package for creating small to medium size databases. It is a relational database which means that data can be held in many different tables and then linked to create data entry forms, queries and reports.
Many people use Excel to create a database when they should be using Access. Excel is a ‘flat file’ format and is limited in it’s database capabilities. We specialise in helping people create Access databases rather than using Excel or when their Excel files start to become too cumbersome.
This two day course will take the participant through the design aspects of Access, teaching the essential aspects of database design. It covers creating forms, queries and reports and is an excellent course for people needing to create or edit an existing database.
