Over twenty years of computer training has given us at St Adam College a greater insight into the needs and requirements of developing existing staff skills and assessing prospective staff.

We set ourselves apart from employment agencies by conducting hands on assessments, providing detailed feedback and recommendations for any training requirements.

  • Professional Interviewers. Our staff are professional and highly experienced interviewers and assessors. We pride ourselves in our ability to see each individuals potential and how they might grow within your organisation.
  • Skills Assessment. We’ll provide customised documentation to suit your organisation. We have a series of Skills Assessments that have been developed to accurately assess a candidate’s level of competency when using computer software. These are not screen based, multiple answer assessments but rather actual tasks that we ask candidate’s to undertake within a certain time frame. The results are assessed by our training staff and a full report is provided.
